Questions and AnswersVote for: Ronaldinho wasn't invited to play with Brazil's squad on their last friendly before the World Cup
world cup | Feb 10th, 2010 | by Editor

| Big mistake. Just as Dinho was improving at Milan. |

| Good decision. He just isn't the same player he used to be. |
Brazil coach, Dunga, has left Ronaldinho out of the national team squad for the team's final friendly game before the 2010 world cup, vs Ireland. It probably means Dunga doesn't plan on keeping a spot for Ronaldinho in team Brazil. Ronaldinho has lately shown some sparks of form at Milan, but not enough to impress Dunga.

Vote for: Is Bobby Zamora good enough for the World Cup Squad?
england football team | Apr 22nd, 2010 | by Kevin Walsh
No one knows what Fabio Capello is thinking...More so the players. Which can be quite frustrating except for players like Bobby Zamora who is playing some of the best football of his career and is on the verge of a European Final appearance. Will Capello consider him for the trip to South Africa?

Vote for: Would you pay half a million dollars for Salenko's golden boot award?
oleg salenko | May 10th, 2010 | by Kevin Walsh
Former Russia and Glasgow Rangers striker Oleg Salenko is selling his 1994 World Cup Golden boot award to the highest bidder. Supposedly the man is in financial trouble and is having to sell to pay off some debts. However, he shared the award with legendary Romanian striker Hristo Stichcov who incidentally played four more games than Salenko. Reason for the high tally is that Salenko scored 5 against Cameroon in the group stage. Would you be willing to pay that much or should we just laugh at the Sheiks willing to do so?

Vote for: Do you agree with Jose Mourinho that the Champions League is bigger than World Cup?
world cup | May 19th, 2010 | by Brandon
Inter Milan boss Jose Mourinho has claimed the UEFA Champions League is "more important" than the World Cup as he prepares to lead his side into Saturday's final against Bayern Munich in Madrid. "This game is the most important in the world," Mourinho said on Tuesday. "It is even bigger than the World Cup because the teams in it are at a higher level than national teams, who can't buy the best players. If you hold it to be important, you have to transmit that to the players."

Vote for: Do you think the French squad would have minded too much if Gallas was injured in the dune buggy?
world cup 2010 | May 24th, 2010 | by Kevin Walsh

| Don't think so. Someone might have cut the brake lines! |

| He would be a big loss. |

| I know a few lads that wouldn't give two s#%&*! |
France manager Raymond Domenech is adamant that his team bond in the most extreme of ways before they depart for South Africa. Last week they scaled a glacier in the Alps, this week is dune buggy racing. We don't know is it X-games or World Cup they're preparing for? But if Gallas was indeed hurt in his dune buggy scare, would the players be bothered or happy the ego and controversy that follows him would be hitting the road?

Vote for: Which player Should get the axe from Fabio Capello's World Cup squad?
world cup | May 30th, 2010 | by Brandon
Fabio Capello has admitted that there are still three places up for grabs in his World Cup squad as England go into their final warm-up match against Japan on Sunday. The England manager already knows in his own mind 20 of the men he will call upon in South Africa next month. The remaining 10 will head into the match in Graz knowing they must scrap for their lives to claim one of that trio of remaining tickets. Likely candidates for the axe include Michael Dawson, Shaun Wright-Phillips and Scott Parker. Tom Huddlestone and Darren Bent both start on Sunday knowing a failure will probably end their hopes too.
