Legendary Arsenal defender Martin Keown has insisted Sol Campbell be rewarded for his re-introduction into top flight football by offering him another contract at the Emirates. Should the 35 year old be granted an extended stay or should Wenger thank him and send him on his way?

Sol Campbell is in serious talks with interim Celtic manager Neil Lennon about a possible summer move to the club. Campbell came in to help out former employers Arsenal this past season and did well, acknowledging his playing days aren't over yet. But can he do the business in the fast and physical Scottish league or is it wishful thinking?

36-year old defender Sol Campbell just joined Newcastle United and expressed his view on the national team: "It doesn't matter where you are at with your age, if you are fit and you are strong and you are physically there and you want it, then you have got the experience so I think there should be no problem really." Asked if he still had what it takes to play for England again, Campbell added: "I think last season for sure. I have still got it. I still have the passion, the fire in my belly. I want to win. But you just can't do anything about it anymore.

Sol Campbell has been playing with the Arsenal reserve team in the hopes of getting back into the Arsenal squad. Reports say Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is pleased with the former England international and is expected to announce his decision very soon.

Arsene Wenger declared himself pleased with Campbell's display since his return. He said that :"It is unbelievable,h e played at Notts County six months ago. That he can turn up and play against Barcelona is quite amazing." Do you agree with Mr. Wenger?
