Assistant England manager Stuart Pearce has hailed young Man City winger Adam Johnson as England's answer Ryan Giggs. Pearce was speaking out about the left-footer's call to the 30 man World Cup squad. Is this a little premature or does the young gun have what it takes to be a great like Giggsy?

Vote for: Would you give up your hair to be the best?
wayne rooney | May 17th, 2010 | by Kevin Walsh

| Defo...Take it all away now! |

| No way. My hair is my life! Don't touch! |

| I have no hair and still I'm useless at football. |
It seems the key to success for Man Utd pair Wayne Rooney and Ryan Giggs is....Hair treatments. Giggy's is said to have splashed £6,000 on a new treatment to keep his Side-show Bob curls and now Rooney is jumping on board to keep his withering hairline. Would you give up your curls to be one of the greatest footballer sof you generation or is your feathery locks the things that define you?

Vote for: Ryan Babel charged by FA for a comment posted on Twitter! What do you think?
premier league | Jan 11th, 2011 | by JohnnyKarp

| He deserves to be punished, that was a stupid thing to do! |

| The FA has no sense of humor, that's what it is! |
After the FA Cup game between Liverpool and Manchester United Dutch winger Ryan Babel vented his frustration on Twitter saying that referee Howard Webb helped Manchester United to win that game. This was his comment: "And they call him one of the best referees? That's a joke. SMH (shaking my head)." He also added a mocked-up photo of Howard Webb wearing a Manchester United shirt. Babel is the first player to be charged with improper conduct over an offence on Twitter.

Vote for: Liverpool agreed to sell Ryan Babel, is that a good decision for the club?
premier league | Jan 19th, 2011 | by JohnnyKarp

| Good decision, they don't need him anymore. |

| They should have kept him at least until the end of the season! |
Liverpool accepted a 7 million pound bid from German side Hoffenheim and Ryan Babel is expected to sign a contract with the Bundesliga side. Babel has been unable to make the anticipated impact on Merseyside following his £11.5million signing in the summer of 2007. He made just 31 Premier League starts in his time with Liverpool.

Vote for: If you were Ryan Babel, what would you do?
ryan babel | Jan 7th, 2010 | by Editor

| I'd stay in Liverpool, fight for my right to play. |

| I'd do my best to move to a different team that'll appreciate me. |

| I'd quit football and find a job doing something else I'm better at. |
Ryan Babel hasn't seen much playing time on the Anfield pitch, and he's interested in moving to a different team to prove himself before the World Cup and reach the Netherlands squad. Benitez, however, isn't keen on selling the attacker, mostly because he won't have the budget to bring in a decent replacement.
