Vote for: Benzema not in French Squad...Good or bad decision?
raymond domenech | May 11th, 2010 | by Kevin Walsh

| Correct decision. He's not in form. |

| I think he would still need to be in the squad. |

| I hope Domenech knows what he's doing? |
It's no big shock that Patrick Viera was not included. Since leaving Inter for Manchester City earlier in the season to try to impress for South Africa, the midfielder hasn't played much. However, neither has the younger Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema, who seems to have lost his touch since joining as a newly formed Galacticos team. We all know how dangerous his pace is but is Domenech right in not bringing him to the World Cup?

Vote for: Should William Gallas be a part of the French team to the World Cup?
world cup | May 17th, 2010 | by Brandon
France coach Raymond Domenech has all but confirmed his final 23 for the World Cup finals, cutting his initial 30-man squad down by six with the only remaining question mark over the fitness of William Gallas. Gallas has only played once for Arsenal since February, and he again broke down in the first half of the Champions League clash with Barcelona as he attempted a comeback. Marc Planus of Bordeaux is retained in case Gallas fails to make it to South Africa.

Vote for: Is Patrice Evra the right man to captain France?
raymond domenech | Jun 4th, 2010 | by Kevin Walsh

| The arm band suits him well. |

| There are better players for the job. |

| I'm just glad Henry will be on the bench. |
Henry has been sidelined and Evra is set to don the arm band. Raymond Domenech isn't waisting time in announcing his plans for South Africa because we all know he doesn't have anytime after that. So what better way to go out than to ruffle a few feathers along the way. He has had to deal with many ego's in the French dressing room and is dealing with all those issues accordingly. But has he made the right choice is deciding on their leader or is the right man for the job somewhere else in the squad?

Manager Raymond Domenech seems to be keen on giving star striker Thierry Henry nothing more than a place on the bench. Is that a wise decision?

Vote for: Will Raymond Domenech ever get another job as a football manager?
mundial | Jun 18th, 2010 | by JohnnyKarp
He is probably the most criticized national team coach of the century, the man that took France to the World Cup final in 2006 (lost against Italy) but then sunk them out of Euro 2008 and most likely World Cup 2010 before the first knockout round. He will leave the France job right after the World Cup and will be replaced by former international Laurent Blanc. Given this track record and his controversial managerial style, do you think there will be anybody brave enough to give him a team to manage?

Vote for: What do you think about Nicolas Anelka's "handcuff" celebration?
anelka | Sep 16th, 2010 | by JohnnyKarp

| I agree with him, Domenech should have been banned and not the players. |

| He should chill out, what he did at the World Cup is unacceptable! |
Nicolas Anelka scored twice for Chelsea in the Champions League game against MSK Zilina and his celebration was dedicated to the French Football Federation. Anelka has been banned by the FFF for 18 matches because of his part in the perceived 'mutiny' by the French squad at the World Cup.The Chelsea striker has since insisted he will never represent his country again and he sent a message to the Federation: after scoring each goal Anelka put his hands together in a 'handcuff' gesture to the FFF. "It was just something for the French Federation about what happened at the World Cup," said Anelka.
