Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has given Carlos Tevez the option to leave the club if he's not happy. In recent weeks, Tevez has complained publicly about the manager's double training sessions and now the Italian has had enough. Should Tevez be shown the door or should Mancini change his tactics?

Roberto Mancini has to bring in some silverware after spending more than 100 million pounds on transfers this summer. The Italian manager insists that he needs time to gel the team, will he have enough of that? Last season Mark Hughes got sacked six day before Christmas...

Manchester City spent a huge amount of money in the summer bringing some big names. Only Carlos Tevez as such has performed out of all the signings and Mancini, even though only newly appointed, is facing serious pressure after their latest loss to Everton.

Reports claim that Manchester City are prepared to land Wolfsburg's 24-year old striker in January with total costs in the region of 35 million pounds.
