Football pundit's are raising the question about whether or not Kevin-Prince Boateng's tackle on Michael Ballack was intentional. Boateng's father commented today on their tumultuous relationship past but insist that he didn't try to put the German captain out of contention for South Africa. There are many coincidences involving the pair but one thing is for sure Ballack won't be doing any damage to Ghana's chance of making it out of Group D.

There has been a lot of buzz surrounding Kevin Doyle's possible exit from Wolverhampton. Manager Mick McCarthy is insistant on him staying put but acknolwedes if a big offer came in, it might be hard to keep the striker at the Molineux. Irish boss Trapattoni thinks the big forward would do well at Juventus but what do you think?

The 33-year-old Bolton forward has been preferred by Capello to Newcastle youngster Andy Carroll for the next Euro 2012 qualifying game against Montenegro while the likes of Agbonlahor or Defoe are injured. Kevin Davies could well make his debut for England at the age of 33.
