In 2006, after the "Calciopoli" scandal, Juventus were relegated and the title was assigned by the FA to Inter. Since then there facts have been discovered that show a similar behavior from Inter's officials: unnatural links with referees and FA officials. Now Juventus made a formal request asking the FA to cancel Inter's 2006 title.

The Italian newspaper Tuttosport announced today that Rafael Benitez is very close to reaching an agreement with Juventus Torino. Reports suggest that he might take Torres, Mascherano, Kuyt and Skrtel with him to Italy.

Juventus won the first leg 3-1 but Fulham have not yet given up hope of progressing to the next round of the Europa League. The Italians have quite a few problems in goal since both Buffon and Manninger are injured but can Fulham take advantage of the circumstances?

Seventh placed Juventus will travel to Sicily on Wednesday to meet 8th placed Palermo, a team that lost on Sunday at Inter Milan after leading 2-0! Juventus are coming from a painful home defeat at the hands of Udinese so Del Piero and company will be looking to turn things around and return to winning ways sooner rather than later.

Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez has finally hinted at his departure from Anfield. The Spaniard felt a lack of support from the club has made him re-think his options. Is it coincidental that these thoughts have surfaced just as Juventus has expressed interest or is Rafa's real concern with tonight's Europa League clash with Athletico, like he says?

Juve playmaker Amauri is a oriundi, a Brazillian with Italian ancestors, who can play for Italy in the world cup squad. But according to coach Macello Lippi, he has enough Italian players and is not considering the oriundi.

Defending champions Inter Milan will meet Juventus at home on Saturday in one of the most important matches of the season so far. After an unconvincing start Juventus seem to be getting back on track with a good 4-2 home win over Cagliari while Inter have lost their last game 1-0 away at rivals Roma.
