Questions and AnswersVote for: Should Roman Abramovich push Pompey's debt and allow it to purchase new players?
premiere league | Jan 17th, 2010 | by Editor

| Yes. He should help Portsmouth out. |

| No. A deal is a deal, and Pompey need to pay him back, no matter how tough their situation is. |

| Pompey should be allowed to purchase players without getting Chelsea's approval. |
Portsmouth has many debts to other teams for past transfers (Arsenal, Rennes, Chelsea) and according to Premiere League rules, the debts must be paid before Pompey can purchase new players. Unless the owed teams give up, or postpone the debt. Which is what Pompey is trying to do, and has already secured Aresnal's and Rennes' agreements. Now it needs Chelsea.

Vote for: Premier League: will West Ham survive the drop this season?
premier league | Dec 6th, 2010 | by JohnnyKarp

| They barely made it last season, it's not going to happen twice! |

| They will make it, the team is pretty good. |
With only two wins out of sixteen games and just three points on the road West Ham are bottom of the Premier League table. The last game brought another away defeat for Avram Grant's men, 1-0 at Sunderland, as the Hammers are still looking for the first away win of the season while scoring just four goals on the road. Avram Grant: "I think we have a very good squad to stay up. We showed that in our last two games."

Only one team in Premier League history have survived with fewer points than the 13 that Avram Grant's West Ham will have on Christmas Day. Despite that manager Avram Grant remains confident: "We can do it, of course! As long as we show this spirit I am sure we can stay in this league. I am not interested in statistics and history."

Vote for: Is there any chance that Portsmouth will avoid relegation this season?
portsmouth | Feb 26th, 2010 | by CathalBreathnach

| Not a hope, today's 9 point deduction has ended any chance they had |

| It will be tough but somehow, Pompey will stay up! |
I'm sure most of you have read or heard the news today that Portsmouth have finally entered administration and as a result have been decducted 9 points. It's a shame and 99.99% would now say they will be playing Championship football next season. Perhaps you are the .01% and think they will stay up? I am certainly not that person!

Vote for: Are we nearing the end of the famous Portsmouth Football Club?
fa cup | Mar 9th, 2010 | by Kevin Doocey

| No, Pompey will get relegated but will come back up immediately. |

| Yes, the once FA Cup champions are all done but dusted I'm afraid. |
Portsmouth were crowned champions of England less than 2 years ago and credit to them again, they've managed a trip to Wembley, for the penultimate stage of the FA Cup. Their Premier League amibtions seem over, however, is the club about to have played it's last ever Premier League season?
