The 36 year old Milan striker scored the vital equaliser against Napoli on Sunday. Since he featured sparingly for the side this season there were rumours linking him with a move away from the club. He declared that he wants to stay for at least another season but do Milan really need him?

AC Milan forward Filippo Inzaghi has brushed aside reports that he will retire at the end of the season. Inzaghi, 36, has made just four Serie A starts in 23 league appearances for the Rossoneri. Inzaghi said in an interview with La Stampa: "The time to retire has not arrived yet. I still want to beat some records and I would like to do that with this jersey and for these fans who have always loved me."
