Landon Donovan's loan spell at Everton has ended after his American club, LA Galaxy, recalled him to the States. The player declared that he wanted to remain at Everton but the two clubs failed to reach an agreement. Everton are currently in 9th place and still in with a chance to grab an Europa League spot.
