Portugal's World Cup preparations got off to a miserable start as they were remarkably held to a goalless draw at home to African minnows Cape Verde. Portugal coach Carlos Queiroz selected a full-strength starting line-up with the likes of Ricardo Carvalho, Miguel Veloso, Nani, Deco, Liedson and Cristiano Ronaldo all named.

Vote for: Cristiano Ronaldo: "I want to win the same number of titles in Madrid as I did during my time at Manchester United". Will he make it?
cristiano ronaldo | Nov 2nd, 2010 | by JohnnyKarp

| He will surely win three titles, maybe even more! |

| No way, he should be happy to lift just one Primera Liga title. |
Cristiano Ronaldo scored 84 goals in 196 appearances during his time at Old Trafford, winning three Premier League titles. The Portuguese star is confident that he can win the same number of honours at Real Madrid and he got off to a good start since he scored no less than 9 goals in the last four matches. But what do you think, is he going to win three titles with Real?

Vote for: Are Man United a better team without Cristiano Ronaldo?
manchester united | Mar 21st, 2010 | by CathalBreathnach
I must admit, when Cristiano Ronaldo left Manchester United in the summer, I thought the Premier League Champions would be far worse off without him. Now, with only a handful of games to go in the season, United are top of the Premier League, still in the Champions League and have already won the Carling Cup. So are they a better team without Ronaldo? Vote now.

Vote for: At the highest level, which is more stressful - playing for your club or playing for your country?
world cup | May 30th, 2010 | by Brandon
Portugal star Cristiano Ronaldo says that he is ''used to the pressure'' of playing at the highest level, but admits that it is more intense when he plays for his country. Ronaldo is set to lead a struggling Portugal side to South Africa, with the team coming under fire of late for some poor performances including a 0-0 draw with minnows Cape Verde Islands.
