Wigan chairman Dave Whelan has promised that Chelsea will not stroll past the Latics on their way to the Premier League title this Sunday, and insists that Roberto Martinez's side have what it takes to spoil the Blues' title party "for the good of football everywhere". "We have beaten Chelsea once this season, plus Arsenal and Liverpool, so we know we are capable of giving any team a game on our day," Whelan said.
