birmingham through
Birmingham will go through.
west ham through
West Ham will go through.

The second leg of the Carling Cup semi final on Wednesday will see Brimingham trying to cancel West Ham's 2-1 win in the first leg. West Ham have won the first leg thanks to goals from Noble and Carlton Cole but Ridgewell's goal for Birmingham might prove to be very important in the second leg.

Arsenal will win it, they can't miss this opportunity!
silverware drought continue arsenal lose final
The silverware drought will continue, Arsenal will lose the final.

Arsenal beat Ipswich 3-0 in the second leg of the Carling Cup semi final and Wenger's men will meet either Birmingham or West Ham in the final. The last time they won the League Cup was in 1993 while the last pieces of silverware were brought to the club in 2005 when they won the FA Cup and the Premier League title.

Another Birmingham derby will take place on Wednesday but this time it will be in the Carling Cup quarter finals. The last derby was played a few weeks ago in the Premier League and it ended with a disappointing goalless draw.

Vote for: Are Man United a better team without Cristiano Ronaldo?

Not Sure

I must admit, when Cristiano Ronaldo left Manchester United in the summer, I thought the Premier League Champions would be far worse off without him. Now, with only a handful of games to go in the season, United are top of the Premier League, still in the Champions League and have already won the Carling Cup. So are they a better team without Ronaldo? Vote now.

Yes, they surely have the quality to lift the two trophies.

No, they will either win the Premier League or the Champions League.
carling cup enough bring home silverware season
The Carling Cup is enough, they won't bring home any more silverware this season.

With fresh enthusiasm from the Carling Cup win last week end Manchester United are dreaming of a hat-trick of trophies this season. The Premier League title is not an impossible dream as they are only one point behind Chelsea. They should also knock out AC Milan in the Champions League after the great 3-1 win at San Siro. But can they go all the way and lift the trophies?
