Arsenal have won the first leg 2-1 after fighting back from one goal down but the job is not complete, they still have to get at least a draw at Camp Nou if they want to get to the next round. Barcelona have won their last league game 1-0 against Zaragoza while Arsenal were held to a goalless draw by Sunderland on Saturday.

Leaders Barcelona will have a tricky away game on Saturday as they will meet in-form La Coruna away from home. Barcelona are two points clear of Real Madrid but they will have to keep up the pace if they want to remain in the lead. Deportivo are currently 12th in the league but they are in good shape and grabbed a surprising 2-1 win at Bilbao last weekend.

Primera Liga leaders Barcelona will face a tough away fixture on Sunday as they travel to meet 7th placed Sevilla, a team that is pushing for an Europa League spot. Barcelona grabbed a 3-1 Champions League victory against Arsenal in midweek while Sevilla suffered an important league defeat last week as they were beaten 2-0 at Athletic Bilbao.

With nine games left to play Barcelona are still leading the chase for the title but Real Madrid are just five point behind Guardiola's men. It's clear that it will be a two-horse race since third placed Villarreal are no less than 24 points behind the leaders but who will win it in the end?

Newly promoted Hercules will meet red-hot leaders Barcelona on Saturday and since Barcelona have 14 consecutive league wins the game seems to be quite easy to predict. However, Barcelona have painful memories about Hercules as the promoted side shocked Spanish football last September when they defeated Barcelona 2-0 at Nou Camp! Will they do that again?

La Liga leaders Barcelona will face a tough test on Saturday as they travel to meet 3rd placed Villarreal. Although Villarreal are out of the title race since they are no less than 24 points behind Barcelona they will still fight for the three points since they are tied on 54 points with 4th placed Valencia. Barcelona have won their last game 2-1 at home against Getafe while Villarreal beat Athletic Bilbao 1-0 away from home.

Dominant leaders Barcelona have won 15 straight league games to equal Real Madrid's record in that lasted since 1961 but they will be looking to add the 16th consecutive win when they meet 7th placed Atletico Madrid on Saturday. Atletico's manager is said to be on the verge of being sacked but a good result at Barcelona might save his seat.

Red-hot Barcelona will be looking to get a record-breaking 17th consecutive league win when they meet Sporting Gijon on Saturday. Gijon are in desperate need of some points though after being beaten 3-0 last week by Athletic Bilbao, they are just one point above the relegation zone. Barcelona beat Atletico Madrid 3-0 last week and they hold a 7 point advantage over rivals Real Madrid.

The most exciting match of the Champions League first knockout round will see its first episode unfold on Wednesday at Emirates Stadium where Arsenal will meet red-hot Barcelona. Arsenal beat Wolves 2-0 last weekend to remain second in the Premier League table while Barcelona's winning streak in the Primera Liga was stopped after 16 consecutive wins as mighty Barca were held to a 1-1 draw at Sporting Gijon.
