Defending champions Chelsea travel to Blackburn on Saturday aiming for another win. The Blues are coming from a 2-0 home win over Wolves while Blackburn got beaten by struggling Liverpool last weekend at Anfield Road.

Anuradha Desai, chairman of Venky's - who took over at Ewood Park in November - has confirmed Rovers had made a £6.2m bid for the AC Milan forward. About the wages, the chairman said: "To be precise [it is] 7.6m euros (£6.5m) for the first year and about 8.5m euros (£7.2m) for the second and third years." What do you think?

Chelsea will meet Blackburn at Stamford Bridge on Sunday in another attempt to get back on track. The Blues lost their last league game, a painful 1-0 defeat at Wolves, while Blackburn ended Roy Hodgson's Liverpool job with a 3-1 victory at home. Chelsea are currently sitting fifth in the table, nine points behind leaders Manchester United, while Blacburn are in 10th position.

The fourth round of the FA Cup will see Aston Villa clashing with Blackburn at Villa Park on Saturday. Aston Villa have grabbed two consecutive wins after signing Darren Bent, including an 1-0 against Manchester City, while Blackburn also won last weekend, 2-0 against West Brom.

Second placed Arsenal will meet relegation candidates Blackburn on Saturday in a game that could make a big difference for any of the two sides. Both teams recorded 2-2 draws in their last league games, Arsenal at Wigan and Blackburn at home against Blackpool. Arsenal are five points behind leaders Manchester United but with a game in hand while Blackburn are down in 13th place, just one point above the relegation zone.
