no coach rest team share
No, the coach and the rest of the team has share too

Though it is quite true that the goalkeeper Robert Green let Clint Dempsey to score equalising Steven Gerrard's early goal and give the United States a point in the opening game in Group C due to his disastrous error but is it right that he is the only one to be blamed for the draw?Does Capello and the rest of the team have no share in it?
