Doesn't matter too much, they were struggling anyway.

Tough centre back Martin Skrtel got injured last week and will be out of action for two months. With Daniel Agger also struggling with a knee injury will Liverpool be strong enough to stay in the race for the 4th spot?

Come on...I'll leave...You just have to pay me!

Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez has finally hinted at his departure from Anfield. The Spaniard felt a lack of support from the club has made him re-think his options. Is it coincidental that these thoughts have surfaced just as Juventus has expressed interest or is Rafa's real concern with tonight's Europa League clash with Athletico, like he says?

Roy Hodgson has proved himself worthy of such a challenge.
me
What about me?

Kenny Dalglish might be returning as the manager of Liverpool since his exit in 1991. He is removing himself from the selection panel set up last week to find a replacement for Rafa Benitez. The man that brought Fulham to the Europa Cup final Roy Hodgson appears to be favorite but Dalglish wants the chance to represent the club he loves so much. Would Liverpool be better off going with the Scotsman or stay safe with the man of the season, Hodgson?

I hope not!

Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez has come under a lot of pressure from the Anfield faithful this season and to many it would appear he has weathered the storm, however I personally believe he will be gone if and when Liverpool finish outside the top 4 this season. What do you think?

Babel's pace will get him away from defenders but I worry about his consistancy.

Rafa Benitez announced Dutch speedster Ryan Babel will lead the attack tonight in their second leg clash with Athletico Madrid. Is it a wise move for the Reds or are they going to struggle, as Tommy Smyth puts it, to "stick one in the auld Onion Bag?"
