I'd quit football and find a job doing something else I'm better at.

Ryan Babel hasn't seen much playing time on the Anfield pitch, and he's interested in moving to a different team to prove himself before the World Cup and reach the Netherlands squad. Benitez, however, isn't keen on selling the attacker, mostly because he won't have the budget to bring in a decent replacement.

The FA has no sense of humor, that's what it is!

After the FA Cup game between Liverpool and Manchester United Dutch winger Ryan Babel vented his frustration on Twitter saying that referee Howard Webb helped Manchester United to win that game. This was his comment: "And they call him one of the best referees? That's a joke. SMH (shaking my head)." He also added a mocked-up photo of Howard Webb wearing a Manchester United shirt. Babel is the first player to be charged with improper conduct over an offence on Twitter.

Liverpool accepted a 7 million pound bid from German side Hoffenheim and Ryan Babel is expected to sign a contract with the Bundesliga side. Babel has been unable to make the anticipated impact on Merseyside following his £11.5million signing in the summer of 2007. He made just 31 Premier League starts in his time with Liverpool.
