Vote for: Wayne Rooney has revealed his reasons behind wanting to leave Manchester United: not down to money but ambition. What do you think?
premier league | Oct 21st, 2010 | by JohnnyKarp

| That's rubbish, it's all about the money! |

| He is right, Man United have to bring in some more top quality players. |
Following Alex Ferguson's statements about him Wayne Rooney explained his reasons for deciding to leave the club: "I met with David Gill last week and he did not give me any of the assurances I was seeking about the future squad. I then told him that I would not be signing a new contract. My agent and I have had a number of meetings with the club about a new contract. During those meetings in August I asked for assurances about the continued ability of the club to attract the top players in the world."

Vote for: Man United fans are against Rooney, are they right to be angry?
premier league | Oct 21st, 2010 | by JohnnyKarp

| The fans are absolutely right! |

| Nah, they should show him more respect for what he achieved at the club. |
During last night's Champions League game the fans turned on Wayne Rooney for claiming Manchester United’s lack of ambition had forced him to quit. Anti-Rooney chants rang out, urging him to leave the club immediately, and a banner proclaimed: “Who’s the whore now Wayne? Coleen forgave you, we won’t.”

| He's an experienced player, any team would need him. |

| I guess not, it's just Sir Alex getting sentimental again. |
Paul Scholes wanted to hang up his boots at the end of the season but his manager, Sir Alex Ferguson, told him not to retire and offered him another one year contract. Ferguson thinks that Scholes still has the ability to help the team, what do you think?
