Will Germany beat Ghana and qualify?

Group D became pretty complicated for Germany after getting beaten 1-0 by Serbia. Ghana have 4 points, Germany and Serbia 3 points while Australia sit last with one point. Germany will have to beat Ghana to be 100% sure of going to the last sixteen, can they do it?
I guess Ghana will hold on to the draw, maybe even strike on a counter attack. It will be a pretty spectacular game.
