Bayern Munich are said to have exhausted all chances of Ribery making a return for the final. However, they will continue to pester UEFA until the final. Should the decision be reversed and if it is what can of worms will that open?

I hope he gets a fair trial. Fletcher missed last years final and shouldn't have.
